Production and Reactivity:
Mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody generated against bovine brain tubulin and recognizes amino acids 416-431, one of the most highly conserved regions in both plant and animal β-tubulins. The antibody cross-reacts with human, mouse, rat, and bovine homologs of β-tubulin types I, II, III, and IV and is expected to recognize homologs in many species based on sequence conservation.
