K+ Channel-Expressing HEK293 Cell Line

Description
These HEK293 cells stably express GIRK1 and GIRK4 under G418 selection and exhibit G protein-coupled inwardly rectifying K currents. The cell line is useful for the study of GIRK channel regulation.
